Data Processing Addendum

1. Overview

This Data Processing Addendum (\"DPA\") details the processing of personal data uploaded by Law Firms and advocates to the Qanomy platform. It forms part of the Qanomy Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Processing

Qanomy acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Law Firm (Data Controller). We process user and client information strictly to provide automated cause list tracking, hearing reminders, calendar synch, and cloud folder services.

3. Security Measures

We implement bank-grade encryption protocols, standard database access firewalls, and logging systems to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of confidential legal briefs.
